Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any

reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party

appointed by you, who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the last

goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you have to inform us (ZeitControl cardsystems

99, E-Mail: infomail@zeitcontrol.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by sending us an unequivocal

statement (e.g. via a mailed letter, fax or email). You can use the enclosed

cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

The dispatch of the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation

before the end of the cancellation period is sufficient to observe the cancellation

deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments which we have

received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs

incurred as a result of the fact that you requested a type of delivery other than the

inexpensive standard delivery offered by us) without delay and no later than fourteen

days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original

transaction, unless specifically otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances

will any charges be debited to you for this refund.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until

you have furnished proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You have to send back the goods or hand them over to us (ZeitControl cardsystems

GmbH, Siedlerweg 39, 32429 Minden) without delay, at the latest within fourteen

days of the date on which you have notified us about your decision to cancel this

contract. The dispatch of the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period is

sufficient to observe the period.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them

other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, qualities and proper functioning

of the goods.
